I spent allot of time yesterday trying to decide which photo to submit for Simplicity's photo challenge... and in the end I decided to go with this!

Which is better?

Sometimes I have trouble deciding when to convert my image to B&W. Take this one for example... is it best straight out of the camera?

or is it better in b&w?

Here is an interesting photo on a site called Daily Dose of Imagery -the second landscape is interactive- as you move your mouse over it the light changes.

Beginning

This is my first time blogging. Ever. I'm starting on a whim and I probably haven't thought this through very well because I'm not good with words or computers but this is going to be a photography blog... so don't expect too much!
