Great pics of some great kids in action. On the fleetingness of life: on the other hand, you cannot collect life. Pictures are not the whole truth. They are valuable, and a great help to memory, but they - and all other mementos - are severely limited. I am thinking, a mashup of the end of Ecclesiastes (to paraphrase, "Enjoy life with the ones you love...") and "...our lives are hidden in Christ..." gives us some of the insights we need. (Imagine Jesus saying to you in Heaven, "Remember when you...? That was pretty funny, eh?"). Not in vain -- and not forgotten, do you think? Love, Dad.
The top photo is really cute. Actually they're all really great.
ReplyDeleteThese are all adorable, but I really love that first one. :)
ReplyDeleteThese shots are fantastic; how crisp and clear! And did I mention they are adorable?! Great captures!
ReplyDeleteOh, I know what you mean. Looks like you're enjoying your summer too!
ReplyDeleteFun in the Sun!
ReplyDeleteAnd when I think about it too much I have a pit in my stomach. Adorable kiddos.
ReplyDeleteLovely pics with the right summer feeling in them!
ReplyDeleteOh no! Water in the ear! Love the focus and caputred expression. That second picture is just too cute.
